Full-time Practical Instruction (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a full-time practice manager (m/f/d) for the training of our young nurses part-time on a full-time contract.

• Advice, support, guidance and coaching of internal and external trainees, interns, new employees and nurses in the recognition process
• Planning, coordination, design and documentation of the practical training process
• Ensuring compliance with and implementation of the legal requirements of generalist training
• They actively participate in the selection process and in the recruitment of trainees in nursing
• Checking the level of training in the form of regular checks during practical assignments
• Organization of trainee project days, workshops and theme weeks

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) or comparable 3-year qualification as well as an additional vocational education qualification
• Experience in the guidance of apprentices in nursing training
• Knowledge of Generalized Nursing Training
• Very good nursing and pedagogical expertise
• Initiative and organizational talent as well as learning and methodological skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
