Full-time practical guide (m/f/d)

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a full-time practice supervisor (m/f/d) to train our junior nursing staff on a part-time basis with a full-time contract.

What you can expect

Advice, support, guidance and coaching of internal and external trainees, interns, new employees and nursing staff in the recognition process
Planning, coordination, organization and documentation of the practical training process
Ensuring compliance with and implementation of the legal requirements for generalist training
Actively participating in the selection process and recruitment of nursing trainees
Reviewing the level of training in the form of regular checks during practical assignments
Organizing trainee project days, workshops and theme weeks

What you bring with you

Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or comparable 3-year qualification as well as an additional vocational pedagogical qualification
Experience in the supervision of nursing trainees
Knowledge of generalized nursing training
Very good nursing and pedagogical expertise
Initiative and organizational talent as well as learning and methodological skills
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
