What to expect

In this versatile role, you will combine your passion for nursing with your experience in guiding and mentoring trainees and new team members
As a practical instructor, you will take on fixed instruction days on which you will support, train and promote our trainees in a targeted manner. At the same time, you will continue to work actively on our ward, help shape everyday care and be a valuable part of our dedicated team
You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of structured instructions
Your area of responsibility will include the acceptance of performance certificates and the documentation of the learning development of the trainees and you will be in close contact with the central practical guidance
You will support the development and implementation of new methodological concepts
You will take over the holistic care and support of your patients and plan, control and secure all nursing measures - individually, purposefully and in close exchange with the interdisciplinary team

What you bring to the table

You are a registered nurse (m/f/d)
You have completed further training as a practical instructor (m/f/d)
You have several years of professional experience as a nurse (m/f/d)
You have very good communication skills and are characterized by a high level of professional and social competence as well as independence
You have a willingness to learn and a sense of duty as well as a high level of commitment and the ability to work in a team
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
