Full-time Practice Instructor (m/f/d)

full-time at the Dachau location.

What to expect

Planning of practical assignments as well as planning and implementation of practical lessons
Preparation and implementation of practical instructions on the wards, taking into account the legal requirements for generalist nursing training
Preparation and implementation of state examinations
Support in the acquisition of trainees and corresponding participation in public events – visits to schools, etc.
Support of the recognition team in the preparation of employees in the recognition process by planning joint training courses, etc.
Implementation of specialist and further training events
Support in coordinating the necessary further training of our in-house practice instructors to obtain the qualification as a practice instructor
Support in the regular organization of practice instructor meetings to expand cross-departmental and cross-company cooperation
Communication and cooperation with the educational institutions, the various professional groups and branches of training as well as the full-time team of practice instructors of our sister clinic in Munich Pasing

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) or nurse (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
Completed further training as a practical instructor (m/f/d) as well as relevant experience in this field
Strong communication skills, pedagogical skills in interaction with interlocutors and those to be instructed, as well as enjoyment of working with young people
Experience in planning and executing practical instructions and confident mastery of presentation and moderation techniques
Leadership experience as well as strong social skills such as empathy and assertiveness, judgement, ability to deal with conflict
a high degree of self-reflection and a confident approach to one's own strengths and weaknesses
Willingness to undergo further education and training
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
