As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a

Practical Guidance (m/f/d)

• Coordination and planning of the guidance of internal and external trainees
• Implementation of practical guidance in practical operations
• Participation in the practical examinations
• Documentation and control of the practice instructions
• Participation and co-design in processes to ensure the transfer of theory and practice within the meaning of the Nursing Professions Act
• Conceptual development of the requirements within the framework curriculum for practice

• A 3-year nursing or geriatric care training
• A qualification as a practical instructor (m/f/d) or the willingness to acquire it
• Willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary team
• High level of commitment and motivation to support the trainees
• You enjoy working in a team and are willing to actively shape the training and accompany the trainees in their professional and personal development
• Willingness to undergo further education and training
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
