Nursing Specialist - Practice Guidance (m/f/d)

We are looking for you at the Leipzig Heart Center at the earliest possible date as a

Healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)

in the function of a reference practice instructor (m/f/d) with 50% time off for practical instruction and supervision of nursing trainees & 50% work as a nursing specialist.

• You will accompany the trainees from the first day of training to the examination
• You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and follow-up of structured instructions
• Your area of responsibility will include the acceptance of performance records and examinations as well as the documentation of the trainees' learning development
• You will be in close contact with the central practical training supervisor and the vocational school
• You will support the development and implementation of new methodological concepts
• As a mentor, you will be responsible for guiding international nursing staff and ensuring a good onboarding process

• You are a registered nurse / health & nursing professional (m/f/d)
• You have completed further training as a practice instructor (m/f/d)
• You have several years of professional experience as a nurse on a normal/bed ward
• You have very good communication skills and are characterized by high professional and social competence as well as independence
• You have a willingness to learn and a sense of duty as well as a high level of commitment and the ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
