We are looking for you at the Helios Vogtland Clinic in Plauen as of 01.01.2026 as Deputy Surgical Coordinator (m/f/d)

• Daily and medium-term planning and coordination of up to 9 operating theatres plus outdoor areas (MRI, CT, endoscopy, angiography, eye clinic) in close cooperation with the doctors and the functional service
• Coordination of the current workplaces with regard to surgical and anaesthesia services, including prioritisation and incorporation of urgent cases/emergencies, taking into account the operating room statute and the resolutions of the operating theatre steering group
• You will support the OR coordinator and the OR manager with a meaningful review of the figures from the OR benchmarking and reporting
• From this, you will derive measures to achieve the goals of the hospital and participate in the implementation of the measures
• During the rest of your working hours, you will perform all the usual and necessary activities in the field of anesthesia or surgical care

• Completed training in the healthcare sector, ideally related to operating theatres and/or anaesthesia (e.g. nurse (m/f/d), nurse with surgical experience (m/f/d), surgical assistant, anaesthesia technical assistant)
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, MS Teams and the HIS (SAP)
• Management knowledge and leadership experience in interdisciplinary teams are an advantage
• You are characterized by a great deal of communication skills and can assert yourself within the scope of your powers due to your expertise and professional competence to achieve the goals set
• Willingness to participate in occasional meetings after regular working hours and to participate in shift and on-call work
• The working hours in nursing are in the early shift with the earliest start from 07:00 a.m., as part of the surgical coordination from 06:30 a.m
