We are looking for a Deputy Facility Manager (m/f/d) for the Heart Center in Leipzig with immediate effect.

• Deputy management: Responsibility for approx. 80 employees
• Duty planning: Creation and coordination of duty rosters in substitution
• Budget responsibility: Ensuring compliance with budget targets in a deputy function
• Materials management: Organization and control of inventories on behalf of the company
• Payroll accounting: Preparatory work and data preparation for payroll accounting
• Customer service: Maintaining customer contacts and processing inquiries

• MS Office: Confident handling of common applications
• Leadership: Experience in dealing with and working with teams
• Appearance: Friendly and professional, even in challenging situations
• Driver's license: Available, but not mandatory
• Building cleaning: Experience, ideally in the field of hospital cleaning
• Willingness to learn: Open to new requirements and processes within Helios Cleaning
