For our location at Helios St. Josefshospital Uerdingen, we are looking for you as Head of OR Nursing / Deputy OR Coordination (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Organization and coordination of the nursing service as well as promotion and motivation of employees
• Active participation in the development and implementation of processes and concepts
• Close coordination with the surgical coordinator and their replacement in the event of absence
• Committed and independent work in a multi-professional team
• Ensuring the best possible nursing care through quality controls and optimization of workflows
• Interdisciplinary cooperation

• Successfully completed training as a nurse / OTA (m/f/d)
• Completed middle management training or willingness to complete it
• You have empathetic skills, the ability to work in a team and a high level of commitment
• You are characterized by a reliable and independent way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
