For the Berlin-Brandenburg cluster, at the Bad Saarow and Berlin-Buch locations, we are looking for an ASV Coordination employee (m/f/d) in the ASV Coordination as soon as possible.

What to expect

Support of the ASV coordinator (m/f/d) in all administrative and organizational tasks
Central contact person for internal and external cooperation partners as well as referring persons
Support and coordination of the ASV teams
Participation in the application process and administrative processes
Conducting training for internal and external stakeholders
Collaboration in the development, optimisation and establishment of structures and processes as well as close cooperation with the nursing and especially medical team

What you bring to the table

Completed training in the medical field, e.g. as a nurse, MFA or dental assistant (m/f/d)
Good IT skills, especially in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP knowledge and basic medical knowledge are advantageous
Quick comprehension and strong organizational talent
Very good communication skills as well as commitment, resilience and a sense of responsibility
Proof of existing measles protection in accordance with the legal requirements
