For the Helios Klinikum Schwelm we are looking for a deputy ward manager (m/f/d) as of January 01, 2026.

• Work on an interdisciplinary nursing ward with the Helios Private Clinic as a sub-area
• Organization and coordination of the ward together with the nursing management
• Standing in for the nursing manager in his or her absence and taking on all associated tasks
• Staff deployment planning in compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations
• Ensuring nursing care and its documentation

• Three years of basic nursing training
• Willingness to change and the courage to break new ground and make decisions
• Empathic, constructive and cooperative communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
