As soon as possible, we are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) for Ward M3 of the Clinic for Pneumology.

• You will support the ward management in organising the ward processes
• They are consistently involved in the further development of reference care with the aim of providing the greatest possible independent patient care by the employees
• They are part of the future-oriented further development of the ward's care and treatment concept
• You are willing to participate in the alternating shift system

• You have completed vocational training as a registered nurse (m/f/d) or have a comparable 3-year qualification
• You have successfully completed the further training to become a nursing ward manager or are willing to complete it
• Are you interested in our field of expertise and the care of tumor patients?
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of pneumology and have the ability to motivate employees and inspire them to embrace change
• You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and employees
• You value interdisciplinary cooperation and see yourself as part of a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles.
