At the Helios Clinic in Freital, we are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) for the Diabetology Ward.

• Active support and representation of the ward management in day-to-day operations
• Independent assumption of defined management and organizational areas
• Holistic, patient-oriented care and support for adult patients
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of care taking into account current standards
• Guidance, induction and technical support of employees and trainees
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with medical services, therapy and other professional groups

• State professional license as a nurse (m/f/d) 
• Nursing competence with at least 1 year of professional experience in the inpatient sector
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, cross-departmental manner
• Leadership skills or a strong interest in employee development
• High level of professional and social competence, mental and physical resilience as well as willingness to undergo further training and qualification
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
