For our pneumology department at the Velbert site, we are looking for a ward manager (m/f/d) Ward A4.2 as soon as possible. full-time or part-time.

What to expect

Design of the duty roster and all administrative activities within the framework of the management position
Active participation in the further development and implementation of nursing organizational structures
Planning and management of the structured induction of new nursing staff
Conducting and documenting employee appraisals
Support of individual employees according to the respective opportunities (further education and training)
Planning, organisation and implementation of work processes in compliance with operational requirements
Testing and compliance with economic criteria
Contact person for the nursing staff and for the medical service

What you bring to the table

Completed nursing vocational training or nursing studies
Completed ward management course (DKG) or willingness to participate
Several years of professional and management experience desirable
Strong organizational skills paired with a structured working style and conceptual thinking as well as economic action
Willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional team
Independent way of working with a strong sense of initiative
High level of professional and social competence as well as in-depth specialist knowledge in the field of pneumology
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
