For our Helios Klinikum Hildesheim we are looking for you as a ward manager (m/f/d)at the earliest possible date

• You will take over the nursing management of a ward
• Contribute innovative ideas for the establishment and sustainable further development of the ward
• You will be responsible for duty and vacation planning
• Cross-professional communication and cooperation
• Competent basic and treatment care as well as documentation, information and communication as part of comprehensive patient care
• As a manager, you are responsible for staff and team development

• Completed training in healthcare and nursing paired with several years of professional experience
• Ideally, you have completed further training as a specialist for management tasks in nursing (FLP)
• You act as a role model for your colleagues
• You are characterized by a solution-oriented leadership style as well as organizational and planning skills

• Remuneration in accordance with the company collective agreement and, if applicable, other attractive bonuses (e.g. child allowance)

• Up to 31 days vacation + 10 additional days off (AZV days)

Helios Klinikum Hildesheim is a specialist care hospital and academic teaching hospital of Hannover Medical School with 578 beds and around 1,500 employees.
