At the earliest possible date, we are looking for exactly you as Ward Manager (m/f/d) for the Stroke Unit M2

• In addition to working as a nurse (m/f/d), you will take on the following tasks:
• You will lead your team professionally and personally, promote individual potential and provide advice and support
• You will continuously develop your ward together with patients, colleagues and the nursing management team
• You plan, design and take responsibility for nursing care in accordance with hospital-specific standards
• You create duty rosters and take responsibility for your team's schedules
• You act as a central interface to the medical service and other professional groups

• You have completed vocational training as a registered nurse (m/f/d) or have a comparable 3-year qualification
• Further training as a ward manager would be desirable or the willingness to acquire this
• You have several years of professional experience and have the ability to motivate employees and inspire them to embrace change
• You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and employees
• You love interdisciplinary collaboration and see yourself as part of a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
