Ward Manager (m/f/d)

full-time at the Dachau site.

• Management of the ward in accordance with the needs of the patients, staff and nursing management
• Responsibility for the organization and deployment of human and material resources in the area of responsibility
• Initiating and implementing the recommendations from the process work in coordination with the nursing management
• Constructive cooperation with the interfaces
• Responsibility for the organization, implementation and monitoring of occupational health and safety measures

• Completed training as a nursing specialist, healthcare and nursing assistant, healthcare and pediatric nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• Completed further training as a ward manager or willingness to do so or several years of professional experience in the nursing sector, management experience desirable
• Leadership and social skills, ability to motivate and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to undergo further training and personal development
• Willingness to actively shape change processes
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
