Our intensive care unit team is looking for you as a full-time or part-time ward manager (m/f/d) with at least 30 hours per week as of 01.01.2026.

• Basic and treatment care of the patients in our intensive care unit, including monitoring
• Recognizing emergency situations and acting appropriately and adequately in them
• Preparation, monitoring, implementation and assistance in the context of therapeutic and diagnostic measures
• You will be involved in the recruitment of new employees, coordinate their deployment and induction
• You coordinate materials management and equipment management with your employees
• Her goal is to work in close cooperation with the nursing directors, the medical directors as well as the nursing director and the management
• Duty scheduling with the Ases duty roster system
• Staffing in the early and late shifts alternating with the deputy management

• A completed training as a nurse (m/f/d)
• Specialist training Intensive desirable
• Specialist training Leadership tasks in nursing desirable or willingness to participate
• A high level of social skills, process-oriented thinking and the ability to work in a team
• Empathetic and understanding approach to patients and their relatives
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
