Helios Klinik Schleswig GmbH is looking for a leading midwife (m/f/d) for our delivery room full-time, permanent as soon as possible.

• Management, coordination and organization of the delivery room
• Ensuring and continuously developing the quality of care in the delivery room under technical, legal, economic and quality-oriented aspects
• Personnel management, personnel scheduling and personnel development•Management and development of a multi-professional team
• Willingness to work responsibly, cooperatively, interprofessionally and enjoy planning and implementing change processes

• A completed training as a midwife/obstetrician (m/f/d)
• A completed further training as a ward manager (m/f/d) or a completed degree in the field of midwifery or the willingness to complete such further training / studies
• Strong social skills, organizational skills and assertiveness as well as an employee-oriented, empathetic leadership style
• The ability to work independently and on your own responsibility as well as a high degree of resilience and commitment
• Open-mindedness to change and further development
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
