To strengthen our clinic team at the Helios Klinik Bad Saarow, we are looking for you as Head Occupational Therapist (m/f/d) in full or part-time (min. 30/week) at the earliest possible date

• Professional management and responsibility of the occupational therapist team
• Planning and management of staff deployment in occupational therapy
• Diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy of patients in the clinic setting
• Participation in ward rounds, case discussions, team meetings
• Supervision of interns and trainees
• You actively contribute your ideas and suggestions for optimal therapy implementation
• You will work in an interdisciplinary manner with various specialist departments

• You have completed vocational training as a state-recognized occupational therapist (m/f/d)
• You have experience in clinical work
• Knowledge of the OPS classification and complex therapies is an advantage
• You are interested in new developments in the field and are open to continuous personal development and further training
• You have a high level of empathy towards our patients and enjoy your job and working in a team
• Basic knowledge of IT
• Willingness to work weekends / public holidays with a corresponding salary supplement
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
