Midwife (m/f/d)

We are looking for a midwife (m/f/d) for the delivery room and the mother-child ward at Helios Klinikum Schwelm at the earliest possible date.

• Work in a multi-professional team in the delivery room and on the mother-child ward to support expectant families
• Independent care and support of expectant mothers during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period
• Implementation of expert standards and guidelines for the optimal care of mother and child
• Close cooperation with other professional groups for holistic care
• Representing obstetrics internally and externally to further develop the service

• Completed training as a midwife, maternity nurse (m/f/d) or degree in midwifery (B.Sc. or higher)
• Empathetic, responsible interaction with mothers, newborns and families
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to actively participate in a cooperative environment
• Enthusiasm for innovations in obstetrics and continuous further development
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
