For the delivery room at the Helios Clinic Schwelm, we are looking for a Senior Midwife (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• They coordinate the team in the delivery room and, together with the management of the mother-child ward, ensure optimal support for expectant mothers
• You will be responsible for personnel scheduling and ensure that all legal and operational requirements are complied with
• You will promote the continuous development of the team and identify development needs
• In addition to the tour, you will be actively involved in birth support

• Completed training as a midwife (m/f/d) or degree in midwifery sciences
• Experience in clinical obstetrics, ideally also in a leadership role
• Resilience, solution-oriented communication and empathy
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
