Head Midwife Delivery Room (m/f/d)

For the delivery room at Helios Klinikum Schwelm, we are looking for a Senior Midwife (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• You will coordinate the team in the delivery room and, together with the head of the mother and child ward, ensure that expectant mothers receive the best possible care
• You will be responsible for staff deployment planning and ensure that all legal and operational requirements are met
• You promote the continuous development of the team and identify development needs
• In addition to management, you will be actively involved in birth support

• Completed training as a midwife (m/f/d) or degree in midwifery science
• Experience in clinical obstetrics, ideally also in a leadership role
• Resilience, solution-oriented communication and empathy
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
