At the Helios Clinic Bonn/Rhein-Sieg we are looking for you as soon as possible as Medical Assistant - Reception Radiology (m/f/d) - temporary as a substitute for illness

• Reception, registration and care of patients in the radiology department, including the provision of information (by telephone and in person)
• Appointments, coordination and monitoring for diagnostic examinations
• Review, recording and maintenance of patient data, insurance and referral documents (digital/analogue)
• Information about organizational processes (e.g. preparation, waiting times)
• Organization of the registration area and close cooperation with doctors, MTR (m/f/d) and nursing staff
• Compliance with data protection, hygiene and administrative requirements to support the department

• Completed training in the medical or commercial field and ideally experience in patient reception/registration (e.g. hospital/radiology)
• Confident handling of IT systems and hospital information systems (HIS); Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
• Friendly, service-oriented appearance with a high level of patient orientation and strong communication skills
• Organizational skills, structured way of working and resilience in work-intensive situations
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and responsible handling of sensitive data
• Proof of legally required measles immunization
