For our clinic Helios Emil von Behring in Berlin Zehlendorf we are looking for you, with immediate effect, as a receptionist (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.

• Providing information to patients and employees
• Operation of the telephone system
• Advice and support for patients in the telephone area
• Cash desk activities
• Activities in a two-shift system

• Successfully completed commercial training and/or professional experience in the reception area
• Friendly demeanor towards patients, visitors and employees
• High customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills
• Flexible, independent handling of problems
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• An interesting and responsible area of responsibility
