To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center in Wuppertal, we are looking for you as soon as possible as:

MFA / medical assistant for the reception (m/f/d)

full-time

• You are the contact person at the registration desk and take over the coordination of the practice process including appointment allocation and telephone service
• Electronic data management as well as maintenance and management of patient files is also part of your area of responsibility
• You will work in a team of medical assistants (m/f/d) and medical specialists (m/f/d) and ensure the best possible care for our patients

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Enthusiasm for new things, team spirit and a cooperative attitude
• You have good PC skills or the willingness to acquire them
• You are also reliable and responsible in your actions
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
