Receptionist (m/f/d)

For our Helios Clinic in Berlin-Buch, we are looking for you as a part-time receptionist (m/f/d) for 30 hours/week.

• Providing information to patients, employees, visitors, etc.
• Operation of the telephone system
• Advice and support for patients in the telephone area
• Cash desk activities
• Activities in the area of conference management
• Working in a three-shift system

• Successfully completed commercial training and/or professional experience in the reception area
• Friendly demeanor towards patients, visitors and employees
• High customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills
• Flexible, independent handling of problems
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• An interesting and responsible area of responsibility
