What to expect

Assumption of leadership and organizational responsibility
Accompaniment and care of our patients during the examinations and the stay, including the associated documentation
Preparation and follow-up of multidisciplinary procedures according to current nursing standards and guidelines
Goal- and employee-oriented personnel management and development as well as personnel scheduling
Planning and organization of the daily workflow
Coordination of workflows with the aim of process optimization
Participation in the development and implementation of future-oriented projects on the ward

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) or as a nurse (m/f/d)
Ideally, several years of professional experience in nursing
First experience in a management position desirable
The willingness to work collegially with other professional groups
You can convince on a personal level and have the ability to integrate and cooperate
You have strong social skills and empathy in dealing with all professional groups as well as with patients
Excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, commitment and assertiveness as well as a high degree of organizational skills are among your strengths
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
