Do you have at least 2 years of experience in personnel development or learning & development and would like to actively shape the development of junior managers?

In this role, you will accompany our trainees and junior managers in a practical and coaching manner - from the implementation of exciting development programs to the co-creation of innovative learning concepts.

At the same time, you will develop professionally and personally and build up a long-term perspective as an expert in Leadership & Talent Development at Helios.

What to expect

You will actively support our trainees and junior managers in their personal and professional development and support them in taking on responsibility.
You will design, organize and implement qualification measures, from workshops to eLearning to blended learning formats – practical and innovative.
You will regularly evaluate our programs, evaluate feedback and key figures and derive improvements and optimizations from them.
You will develop practical personnel development concepts together with your team and implement them directly.
You present your results and projects confidently within the team and to stakeholders – at eye level and without senior management level.

What you bring to the table

You have a degree in economics, social sciences or humanities and have at least 2 years of experience in personnel development, learning & development or coaching.
You work independently, in a structured and results-oriented manner and keep track of several projects.
You enjoy accompanying young talents and young managers and supporting them in their development.
Ideally, you have additional qualifications as a coach or systemic consultant (m/f/d) and are familiar with digital learning formats such as eLearning or blended learning.
You have gained initial project experience in a company or corporation, would like to further develop your skills in a practical way and occasionally travel throughout Germany to implement our programs directly on site.
You meet the legally required measles protection certificate.
