As a Device Test Specialist (m/f/d), you will ensure the conformity and error-free nature of our compounding devices. They design, automate and carry out functional and technical tests. In this role, you will make a decisive contribution to the quality of hardware and software in a regulated environment.
These are your tasks:
- The focus is on carrying out quality-compliant final equipment tests for compounding devices according to specification
- Design, automate, and perform functional and technical testing for compounding devices
- Testing of hardware and software functions according to test instructions, SOPs and work instructions
- Document all test results in accordance with internal quality and regulatory requirements
- Identify deviations and support the systematic analysis of the cause of failures
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and test procedures
- Creation and maintenance of inspection, test and validation documentation
- Ensure compliance with local SOPs, work instructions, and internal policies
- Compliance with applicable legal requirements, norms, standards and regulatory requirements
This is what sets you apart:
- Successfully completed technical training or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in production, technical service or V&V (Verification & Validation)
- Experience in carrying out and documenting functional and final tests of technical systems
- Handle test protocols, technical specifications, and SOPs confidently
- Knowledge of electrical safety testing
- Experience in medical technology as well as in the QA environment desirable
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in German as well as good written and spoken English skills
- Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working
- Organizational talent, quick comprehension and ability to work in a team
- Decision-making skills and interdisciplinary expertise (software, electronics, mechanics, QM)
