Starter Program Controlling / Finance (m/f/d)

We are looking for graduates for our Controlling/Finance starter program at our Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch site as soon as possible.

The program lasts 2 years, after which a permanent position is sought.

What you can expect

Optimal training for a qualified, possibly also managerial position in the area of finance/controlling at the Helios clinics in the eastern region
In assignments of two to six months, you will work in various areas of your future job and get to know different locations and clinics
During your starter period, you will gain an insight into clinic operations by working in patient care
You will spend time in the finance and controlling departments at various hospitals and receive specialist training for your future role
You will work actively according to your level of training and learn about management processes from the ground up
In addition, you will work independently on your own long-term projects and present the results to the regional management level

What you bring with you

An above-average degree from a university or university of cooperative education with a business administration or comparable focus is required, ideally with a focus on accounting or controlling
In addition to analytical thinking, you have a high level of commitment and initiative
You feel comfortable in the world of numbers, but also have an interest in the specifics of hospital operations and medical topics
Ideally, you have a strong affinity for IT and have initial user knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), database applications and SAP
You enjoy working at different locations
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
