Join our team in Schwerin as an employee in commercial controlling at the earliest possible date

• Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of business planning
• Preparation of regular reports and profitability analyses
• Preparation and support of remuneration negotiations with the health insurance funds
• Continuation and further development of internal reporting and preparation of evidence in accordance with legal requirements
• Close cooperation with the hospital management and interface areas such as medical and personnel controlling

• Degree in business administration or completion of comparable training
• Professional experience in the area of commercial controlling, preferably in a hospital
• Professional experience in the field of personnel, medical or nursing controlling
• Sound knowledge of hospital financing (KHEntG, BPflV, PEPP)
• Above-average commitment and interest in developing innovative solutions as well as a strong analytical mindset with a good understanding of numbers and a structured and results-oriented way of working
• Reliability, flexibility, commitment, resilience and a high sense of responsibility round off your profile
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
