full-time, permanent position.

What you can expect

Management of employees and technical responsibility for the Controlling team in the Central Thuringia Cluster and contact person for the Regional Head of Controlling at the Erfurt, Gotha, Blankenhain and Bleicherode clinics
Collaboration in the preparation of monthly financial statements and individual projections (forecasts) as well as annual financial statements and business plans
Continuation and further development of reporting, analysis and preparation of data and development of proposals for economic management
Monitoring cost and revenue trends and deriving suggestions for improvement
Participation in investment and profitability calculations as well as collaboration in regional projects beyond the national border

What you bring with you

A university degree in business administration or comparable training as well as sound knowledge in the areas of healthcare, hospital financing and hospital law
Extensive experience in the field of controlling and accounting in a hospital Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills as well as organizational and negotiation skills
A high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience, high level of commitment, sense of responsibility and decision-making ability
Clear analytical and goal-oriented thinking and working methods as well as a very good command of MS Office and relevant experience with SAP
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
