What to expect

Management of employees and technical responsibility of the controlling team in the Thuringia Central Cluster as well as contact person for the Regional Manager Controlling of the clinics in Erfurt, Gotha, Blankenhain and Bleicherode
Collaboration in the preparation of monthly financial statements and individual projections (forecasts) as well as annual financial statements and business plans
Continuation and further development of the reporting system, analysis and preparation of data as well as development of proposals for economic management
Monitoring of cost and revenue developments and derivation of suggestions for improvement
Participation in investment and profitability calculations as well as cooperation in regional projects beyond the state border

What you bring to the table

A university degree in business administration or comparable training as well as sound knowledge in the areas of healthcare, hospital financing and hospital law
Extensive experience in the field of controlling and accounting at a hospital Communication, cooperation and teamwork skills as well as organizational and negotiation skills
A high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience, a high level of commitment, a sense of responsibility and decision-making skills
Clear analytical and goal-oriented thinking and working methods as well as very good command of MS Office as well as relevant experience with SAP
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
