What to expect

Independent and professional care and nursing of patients, including the preparation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
Accompaniment, advice and support of trainees in generalist nursing training, nursing assistants and employees from adaptation courses with guaranteed leave of absence
First point of contact for trainees, recognition interns and interns
Scheduling for initial/intermediate and final interviews, including documentation and preparation of performance appraisals
Close cooperation with the nursing school and the nursing management

What you bring to the table

Training as a nurse (m/f/d) and additional qualification as a practical instructor or comparable further training (m/f/d)
Complete proof of the annual 24-hour vocational education training
Independent, reliable and structured way of working
Good IT skills (HIS systems, common Microsoft programs)
High communication skills, patience, empathy and the ability to motivate
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
