Practical instructor (m/f/d)

What to expect

You will be the contact person for the trainees and accompany and support them in their individual development in a targeted manner
You will be responsible for the planning, design and implementation of the practical training plan in consultation with the training centre
They prepare the trainees for practical examination situations and take part in the examination implementation and evaluation
They document all instruction and quality assurance measures in a structured manner and adapt the training content to current standards and legal innovations
You will work interprofessionally with the teachers, cooperation partners and practice locations
You will be involved in various projects and working groups, e.g. for the further development of the school's internal curriculum and the pedagogical-technical concept, as well as participation in marketing measures to attract new trainees

What you bring to the table

Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care and further training as a practice instructor (m/f/d) as well as proof of the annual refresher training
Sound professional experience and knowledge in the healthcare sector and the ability to adapt to changing conditions in everyday clinical life and to develop flexible teaching approaches
Enjoyment of working with our trainees and ability to impart knowledge effectively and adapt teaching methods to the individual learning needs of the trainees
Empathy and a sense of responsibility and motivational skills as well as the ability to objectively assess the performance of trainees and give constructive feedback
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
