To strengthen our team of full-time practice instructors, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time practice instructor (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Advice, support and guidance of trainees in nursing care
• Planning, coordination, organization and documentation of the practical training process and ensuring the quality of training
• Regular participation in internal clinic practice supervisor meetings
• Comprehensive support for trainees during their training
• Participation in departmental meetings

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing assistant, healthcare and pediatric nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• Successfully completed further training as a practice supervisor
• Empathy and assertiveness, judgment and ability to deal with conflict
• You see yourself as part of a team
• You are enthusiastic and contribute your ideas to the further development of practical training
• Creativity, initiative, ideas and suggestions
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
