For the Helios Clinic Schwelm we are looking for a practice guide Springerpool (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Ensuring practical nursing training in accordance with legal requirements and local standards
• Targeted practical guidance of nursing trainees in different settings, departments and wards
• Promoting a positive learning atmosphere and supporting skills development
• Professional contact person in all nursing topics and questions
• Close cooperation with the wards, the internal practical instruction network and the cooperating educational institutions

• Three-year basic nursing training and relevant professional experience
• Completed further training as a practical instruction in accordance with § 4 PflAPrV (300 hours)
• Willingness to participate in regular shift work (early, late and night shifts)
• Ability to work in a team, pedagogical tact and an empathetic appearance
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
