For the Helios Klinikum Schwelm we are looking for a Practical Instructor Springerpool (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

• Ensuring practical nursing training in accordance with legal requirements and local standards
• Targeted practical instruction of nursing trainees in different settings, specialist areas and wards
• Promoting a positive learning atmosphere and supporting the development of skills
• Professional contact person for all nursing topics and issues
• Close cooperation with the wards, the internal practical instruction network and the cooperating educational institutions

• Three years of basic nursing training and relevant professional experience
• Completed further training as a practice supervisor in accordance with § 4 PflAPrV (300 hours)
• Willingness to participate in regular shift work (early, late and night shift)
• Ability to work in a team, pedagogical sensitivity and an empathetic demeanor
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
