For our Helios Hanseklinikum at the Stralsund site, we are looking for a

Practice instructor for midwives (m/f/d).

• You are the contact person for dual students in midwifery sciences and accompany and support them in their individual development in a targeted manner
• You will be responsible for the planning, design and implementation of the practical curriculum as well as the external courses
• You will prepare students for practical exam situations and take part in the examination administration and evaluation
• They document all instruction and quality assurance measures in a structured manner and adapt the training content to current standards and legal innovations
• You will work interprofessionally with the university, cooperation partners and practice locations
• They take part in marketing measures to attract new students

• Completed vocational training as a midwife/maternity nurse with at least one year's professional experience and an additional vocational pedagogical qualification (≥ 300 hours)
• Up-to-date technical and legal knowledge (HebG / HebStPrV) and knowledge in the health sector and the ability to adapt to changing conditions in everyday clinical practice and to develop flexible teaching approaches
• Ability to reflect and act as a role model in a multi-professional team
• Pedagogical and communicative competence and enjoyment of working with our students as well as the ability to impart knowledge effectively
• Empathy, a sense of responsibility and motivational skills as well as the ability to objectively assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Hanseklinikum Stralsund is a hospital of specialized care with 19 specialist departments. Every year, around 50,000 patients are treated on an outpatient and inpatient basis. In total, the hospital has 923 beds, which are used as full and partial inpatients.
