For our Helios Clinic at the Vogelsang-Gommern site, we are looking for you as a receptionist (m/f/d) on a minor basis.

• Provision of information to patients and employees
• Operation of the telephone system
• Advice and support for patients in the area of telephone
• Treasury activities
• Activities in the field of conference management
• Activities in a two-shift system

• Successfully completed commercial training and/or professional experience in the reception area
• Friendly demeanor towards patients, visitors and staff
• High customer and service orientation as well as good communication skills
• Flexible, independent action in the event of problems
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
