At the Leipzig Heart Center, we are looking for you from 01.07.2026 as Nursing Director Anesthesia Nursing (m/f/d).

What to expect

You will lead the nursing team of the Anaesthesia-Nursing organisational unit
You will coordinate the deployment of employees and accompany your nursing team in the development of professional and social skills
You will be responsible for the further development and design of processes and structures in the area of responsibility
You will ensure the implementation of corporate and hospital goals (e.g. Group Transparency Policy, HELIOS Code of Conduct, Checklists, Internal Reviews) in the area of responsibility
You will promote an open and constructive error culture and lead your team in an appreciative and respectful manner
You will actively contribute to the further development and implementation of care-specific topics with reference to the legal requirements and national expert standards

What you bring to the table

You have completed training as a nurse, nurse (m/f/d), anaesthesia assistant or a comparable qualification
You have several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility
Ideally, you have completed further training as a specialist nurse for anaesthesia and intensive care medicine (m/f/d)•
Ideally, you have completed a management course or are willing to complete a ward management course or a degree in management/nursing
Your strengths include communication skills, initiative, organizational talent and strong social skills
You are willing to work together across professional groups and can confidently handle IT applications such as MS Office and have legally required proof of measles immunization
