At Helios Klinikum Niederberg, the position of Head of Anesthesia Nursing (m/f/d) is to be filled full-time or part-time as soon as possible.

What to expect

Guiding and directing anesthesia care
Link between the clinic management and the team
Control and design of guideline-compliant processes in anesthesia
Support in personnel management and personnel acquisition
Planning and management of the structured induction of new nursing staff
Conducting and documenting employee appraisals
Control and design of nursing processes
Testing and compliance with economic criteria
Contact person for the nursing staff and for the medical service
Representation of anesthesia care internally and externally

What you bring to the table

Completed nursing vocational training or nursing studies
Several years of professional and management experience
Further training as a ward manager desirable or the willingness to complete it
Specialist training in intensive care and anaesthesia nursing desirable
High level of professional and social competence
Strong organizational skills, coupled with a structured working style, conceptual thinking and economic action
Extensive practical experience in goal-oriented leadership
Willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional team
Independent way of working with a strong sense of initiative
Loyalty to the company and executives
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
