We are looking for a Nursing Manager (m/f/d) for Dialysis for our clinic in Berlin-Buch with immediate effect

• Management and leadership of the named nursing department
• Responsibility for staff deployment planning and absence management
• Implementation of transparent and participative management measures and concepts
• Interprofessional and interdisciplinary cooperation in the nursing management team
• Actively shaping quality assurance/development, patient safety and employee development

• Sound experience in renal replacement therapy procedures as well as relevant further qualifications (nursing management/leadership, nephrological specialist nursing or comparable qualification/studies)
• Strong conflict management skills
• High level of professional and social competence as well as empathic, interdisciplinary communication skills
• Visionary thinking, convincing motivation and clear identification with the company's goals
• Confident handling of IT systems
• Proof: Legally required measles immunization
