We are looking for you as an experienced and motivated full-time or part-time employee

for our newly built interdisciplinary central emergency room of comprehensive emergency care

(Stage 3).

What to expect

Ensuring first-class, patient-centered care in the emergency room, including care, treatment, and counseling for patients and their relatives
Support of the team leader in the professional and disciplinary management of the nursing team
Collaboration in personnel, duty and holiday planning as well as promotion of team cohesion and a positive working atmosphere
Cooperation with the nursing team management and the medical management for the continuous professional and organizational development of the area
Analysis and improvement of workflows to ensure efficient and effective emergency care
Helping to shape emergency care, taking into account current political and professional policy issues, such as emergency and hospital reform

What you bring to the table

You have completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) with at least two years of professional experience in the emergency room
Additional training in emergency care (DKG) is required or the willingness to complete it must be present
Specialist training to manage a ward/functional unit or a similar qualification is desirable
High level of professional and social competence as well as the ability to lead employees in a team-oriented manner
Flexibility and creativity as well as diplomatic skills
Even in stressful situations, you remain calm and objective and apply targeted de-escalation strategies
Patient-oriented, independent and self-reliant work is a matter of course for you
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
