As soon as possible, we are looking for you as the Nursing Director (m/f/d) of the day clinics and outpatient clinics of the Carl-Friedrich-Flemming-Klinik (CFFK), in combination with the work in the outpatient clinic of child and adolescent psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy in Schwerin.

What to expect

Interdisciplinary cooperation in a multi-professional team at eye level to ensure holistic patient care
Independent care and nursing of patients as part of reference care, including digital care documentation
Organization and coordination of all processes in the outpatient clinic of child and adolescent psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy, including administrative tasks and billing
Implementation of expert standards as well as continuous development of nursing concepts and organizational structures
Assumption of management tasks, in particular duty planning, personnel deployment planning, absence management and personnel and team development
Ensuring the quality of care and implementing corporate and hospital goals in the area of responsibility
Promotion of an open communication and error culture as well as active participation and team development

What you bring to the table

You are a nurse (m/f/d)
You have completed further training as a ward manager or nursing ward manager or comparable further training or are willing to complete it part-time
You have appropriate professional experience and have the ability to motivate employees and get them excited about change
You are responsible and empathetic in dealing with our patients and employees
You are an organizational talent, ready for interdisciplinary cooperation and see yourself as part of a team
They are enthusiastic and contribute ideas for the further development of patient care
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
