Starter Controlling / Finance (m/f/d)

full-time.

In our 2-year starter program, you will become an expert in the field of controlling / finance with our help - after which a permanent position will be sought.

What to expect

You will receive optimal training for a qualified, possibly also managerial, position in the area of finance / controlling at the Helios clinics in the southern region
In assignments of two to six months, you will go through various areas of responsibility for your future job and get to know different locations and clinics
You will rotate through the finance and controlling departments in different companies and will be specifically prepared for your later tasks
In the course of your start-up period, you will also gain an insight into hospital operations through an assignment in patient care
You will work actively according to your level of training, get involved and thus get to know the management processes from the ground up
In addition, you will independently work on your own long-term projects and present the results to the regional management level

What you bring to the table

You have an above-average degree from a university or university of cooperative education with a business or comparable focus, ideally with a focus on accounting or controlling
In addition to your analytical thinking skills, you will show a high level of commitment and initiative
You feel comfortable in the world of numbers, but are also interested in the specifics of hospital operations and medical topics
Ideally, you have a strong affinity for IT and have initial user knowledge in the field of MS Office (esp. Excel), database applications and SAP
You enjoy getting to know different locations and continuously expanding your know-how there
You also have a very good knowledge of German and also feel confident in English
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
