For the start of training on 01.09.2026, we are looking for trainees as nursing assistants (m/f/d) at the Helios Weißeritztal clinics.

• You will learn about the holistic care and support of people of all ages and in all settings of the health care system in cooperation with nursing professionals
• The training lasts 2 years and teaches the necessary skills to recognize nursing situations, structure work processes and reflect on one's own actions
• At the "Theory" (school) learning location, you will be prepared for the professional field of action in a block model through regular lessons, digital teaching and practical exercises
• Under supervision, the practical training takes place at the Helios Weißeritztal clinics and with various cooperation partners
• After successful completion, you will meet the school admission requirements for the three-year training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)

• By nature, a sense of what people lack and what they need
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with different professional groups
• Willingness to take on a wide range of nursing activities
• Secondary school leaving certificate or an educational qualification recognised as equivalent school education
• Knowledge of the German language at least at level B2
• Medical certificate of health suitability and proof of complete measles protection
