Helios Klinikum Erfurt GmbH is looking for trainees as a nursing assistant (m/f/d) as of 01.09.2026.

• Supporting nursing staff in the care and support of patients
• Control of vital parameters (including measurement of pulse, temperature and blood pressure)
• Support in the admission, transfer and discharge of patients
• Accompaniment of patients to examinations and treatments
• You will assist the nursing staff in carrying out medical orders and support the documentation and organisation

• You are open-minded, motivated and bring joy and interest in training in the healthcare sector
• Successful secondary school leaving certificate or another qualification recognised as equivalent
• Knowledge of the German language at least at level B2
• You can imagine working alternating between practical assignments with shift, weekend, holiday work and theoretical lessons for your future
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles; Proof of health suitability
