We are looking for you for the two-year training as a nursing assistant / nursing assistant (m/f/d) starting on 01.08.2026.

What to expect

They support nursing staff in the care and support of patients
You will learn to control vital parameters (including measurement of pulse, temperature, blood pressure)
You will assist the nursing staff in carrying out medical orders and support the documentation and organization
They support the admission, transfer and discharge of patients
They accompany patients to examinations and treatments
You will work closely and across disciplines with other professional groups

What you bring to the table

You have a school-leaving certificate (e.g. Hauptschulabschluss)
The motivation to develop together with us in 2 years of training and to work with us as a team
You have empathy, reliability and a sense of responsibility
You are a team player and able to communicate
Legally required proof of immunization against measles

How does the training work?

The training lasts two years and is divided into theory and practice

You will complete the practical training in the care areas of our clinic and at our partner companies in inpatient and outpatient long-term care.

The theoretical training takes place at the Heimerer Schule in Döbeln .

You will receive an apprenticeship allowance from us and you do not have to pay any school fees.
