For our geriatrics department at the Velbert site, we are looking for a full-time or part-time Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) Ward A4.1 as soon as possible.

• Support in personnel management as well as control and design of nursing processes
• Development of new concepts for the positive further development of the company as well as testing and compliance with economic criteria
• Planning and management of the structured induction of new nursing staff as well as conducting and documenting employee appraisals
• Monitoring and coordination of cooperation between the wards and other departments and areas
• Interprofessional teamwork as well as advice and support for the ward management
• Representation of the department internally and externally

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d)
• Completed ward management course (DKG) or willingness to participate
• Strong organizational skills paired with a structured working style and conceptual thinking as well as economic action
• Independent way of working with a strong sense of initiative
• High level of professional and social competence as well as in-depth specialist knowledge in the field of geriatrics
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
