We are looking for you at the Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig as soon as possible as a Nurse / Nurse / Nursing Specialist / Medical Assistant (MFA) / Geriatric Nurse / Nurse (m/f/d)

in the function of Deputy Ward Manager for our Diagnostics.

• Together with the nursing management, you will organize and coordinate the area and you will take over the absence replacement of the nursing management and the associated tasks, such as personnel scheduling and absence management
• Your area of responsibility will include the administrative admission of outpatients and pre-inpatients to the HIS as well as support in all tasks related to the treatment process, such as blood sampling, patient screening, appointment management, etc.
• They ensure evidence-based nursing care, including its documentation
• They promote an open and constructive error culture
• You will support the supervision and implementation of projects in the department or clinic
• You will ensure the implementation of the company's and clinic's goals in the area of responsibility

• You are a trained nurse (m/f/d) or medical assistant (m/f/d) or have comparable training
• You have several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility
• You can inspire other employees and teammates for the profession in nursing
• You have communication skills and organizational skills and maintain an empathetic approach to your patients and their relatives
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
