We are looking for you to join Helios Service Center Entgelt GmbH at our growing locations in Berlin (at Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch and Weißensee Pasedagplatz) as a Payroll Administrator / Payroll Accountant (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What you can expect

Ensuring legally compliant recording of all payroll-relevant master and transaction data of employees
Responsibility for payroll accounting including all subsequent processes
Independent implementation of quality and process controls: Ensuring internal compliance
Contact person (m/f/d) for employees, specialist departments and interfaces for all payroll accounting issues
Proactive support with tax audits and year-end closing work including data preparation and documentation
Helping to shape and develop: Room for your own ideas and driving digitalization forward

What you bring with you

Qualifications: completed commercial or business administration training or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in payroll accounting, ideally in service center structures with sound knowledge of social security and payroll tax law as well as collective agreements
Confident use of payroll accounting systems, e.g. P&I LOGA and proficient in MS Office 365 (especially Excel)
Analytical thinking and detail orientation paired with high loyalty, commitment, the ability to tackle challenges and strong teamwork skills, i.e. cooperative collaboration, open communication and constructive conflict resolution in a team context
Strong communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, a confident manner and a high level of social competence and enjoy interacting with employees and partners
