Payroll Administrator / Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to join Helios Service Center Entgelt GmbH at our growing Krefeld site (at Helios Klinikum Krefeld) as a Payroll Administrator (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

• Legally compliant recording of payroll-relevant employee master data and employee movement data
• Execution of payroll accounting and all downstream remuneration issues
• Independent preparation and execution of plausibility checks
• Contact person for employees, internal departments and authorities in all matters relating to payroll accounting
• Cooperative participation in company audits and annual financial statements
• Opportunity to help develop the division further

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification as well as professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally within service center structures
• Strong knowledge of social security, payroll tax and collective bargaining law
• Confident handling of MS Office tools, especially Excel and optionally P&I LOGA
• Very good analytical skills, loyalty, commitment and enjoyment of new challenges
• Service-oriented, communicative and confident appearance and a high degree of social competence
• You can provide proof of immunization against masks
