We are looking for you as soon as possible for Helios Service Center Entgelt GmbH at our growing location in Krefeld (at the Helios Klinikum Krefeld) as a clerk (m/f/d) payroll accounting clerk

What to expect

Legally compliant recording of payroll-relevant employee master and employee movement data
Execution of payroll accounting as well as all downstream remuneration issues
Independent preparation and execution of plausibility checks
Contact person for employees, internal departments and authorities in all matters relating to payroll accounting
Cooperative participation in tax audits and annual financial statements
Opportunity to help develop the business unit

What you bring to the table

Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification as well as professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally within service center structures
Extensive knowledge of social security, wage tax and collective bargaining law
Confident handling of MS Office tools, especially Excel and optionally P&I LOGA
Very good analytical skills, loyalty, commitment and enjoyment of new challenges
Service-oriented, communicative and confident appearance and a high degree of social competence
They can prove immunization against measles
